ORDER - All you need to do is place the order. SCHEDULE - A member of our team will contact your customer to schedule an appointment for the white glove delivery. INSTALLATION - The safe is carefully installed and anchored inside your customer’s business or residence, and placed in the desired location. (Ground level delivery only and selected models include anchoring) HAUL - We will haul the box, pallet, and any debris away. SATISFACTION GUARANTEED - Before our installers leave, we make sure that the customer is completely satisfied with the safe and the white glove delivery.

There are NO SHIPPING CHARGES to most of the continental United States. However, in some remote rural areas, islands, toll bridge access areas, union states, ferry tolls, etc. may be subject to additional charges. If any additional charges apply the customer will be notified before shipping. All in stock orders are processed and shipped within the next business day, but may be delayed if special options or specifications are needed! The shipping company will charge you to redeliver the safe if you are not present after your agreed upon delievery. A contact phone number is required with this order, so please e-mail (sales@bestbuysafes.com) with this information when auction is done so that the trucking company will call you and schedule a delivery time that works for you. - A tracking number will be provided to you through e-mail so that you can track your order online.

All safes are individually inspected prior to being shipped directly to you from the warehouse. Consequently, upon receiving your safe from the trucking company, inspect the packaging for noticeable signs of damage such as tears in the box(s), heavy friction marks to the box(s), indentions, etc. If there are signs of damage to the packaging, inspect the product in a timely fashion to make sure the damage did not extend beyond the packaging. If there is considerable damage to the product, refuse the shipment and a replacement will be issued. If there are visible amounts of damage to the packaging and the shipper or buyer does not have ample time to inspect the product thoroughly, make sure it is notated specifically on the bill of lading. If damage is not notated on the shippers documents, the buyer/purchaser will be liable to make all claims against the shipper and removes all liability of damage from Best Buy Safes. Returned merchandise not due from shipping damage must be unopened and in good condition. Merchandise may not be returned without Best Buys Safes prior approval. The customer will pay all freight shipping and handling fees on original shipment and return shippment. A restocking fee for undamaged returns will be charged 20% of the merchandise cost.
