Consequently, upon receiving your E-scooter from the trucking company, inspect the packaging for noticeable signs of damage such as tears in the box(s), heavy friction marks to the box(s), indentions, etc. If there are signs of damage to the packaging, inspect the product in a timely fashion to make sure the damage did not extend beyond the packaging.

• If there is some shipping damage to the product, you must make a specific notation on the bill of lading BEFORE you sign for the item. We will help you process a claim directly with the carrier. Taking pictures immediately will help process your claim with carrier. If you are not sure if your product was damaged through shipping, please contact our support department.
• If damage is not notated on the shippers documents, the buyer/purchaser will be liable to make all claims against the shipper and removes all liability of damage from Best Buy Safes.
