There are NO SHIPPING CHARGES to most of the continental United States. All ELECTRIC SCOOTER deliveries that are over-weights and would require FREIGHT SEVICE to the nearest freight terminal and held for your pickup. Add $50 for home delivery.We do not deliver to APO's, FPO"s and PO boxes. However, in some remote rural areas, islands, toll bridge access areas, union states, ferry tolls, etc. may be subject to additional charges. If any additional charges apply the customer will be notified before shipping. All in stock orders are processed and shipped within the next business day, but may be delayed if special options or specifications are needed! The shipping company will charge you to redeliver the safe if you are not present after your agreed upon delievery.

• A tracking number will be provided to you through e-mail so that you can track your order online.
• The safe will be off loaded at the curb or to your dock only and not brought inside.

All our products are individually inspected prior to being shipped directly to you from the warehouse. Consequently, upon receiving your E-scooter from the trucking company, inspect the packaging for noticeable signs of damage such as tears in the box(s), heavy friction marks to the box(s), indentions, etc. If there are signs of damage to the packaging, inspect the product in a timely fashion to make sure the damage did not extend beyond the packaging.

• If there is some shipping damage to the product, you must make a specific notation on the bill of lading BEFORE you sign for the item. We will help you process a claim directly with the carrier. Taking pictures immediatey will help process your claim with carrier. If you are not sure if your product was damaged through shipping, please contact our support department.
• If damage is not notated on the shippers documents, the buyer/purchaser will be liable to make all claims against the shipper and removes all liability of damage from Best Buy Safes.

• All Electric Scooter returns are not allowed. All sales are final. Sold As Is As Shown. In the rare occasion that a special circumstance scooter return is allowed, the scooter must be packed up in it's original shipping carton or a suitable substitute, all accessories and parts must be included and you must write our RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number clearly on the outside of the carton or we will refuse your shipment. Merchandise may not be returned without Best Buys Safes prior approval. The customer will pay all freight shipping and handling fees on original shipment and return shippment.
